I am going to make a few Drug Education classes, to tell you about some of the effects and dangers of these recreational drugs you all more or less already know.

Some Addictive substances might be legal such as Alcohol and Tobacco or illegal such as cannabis, cocaine, ecstasy and others. The legality or illegality depends on the country you live in, but for the biggest part of the planet the above apply.

My goal is to present some scientific information regarding the illegal substances and what their effects are to the body, the mind, the psyche and other aspects of the daily life of the user. Either occasional or systematic, as well as the dangers connected to the use of these drugs.

+Cocaine

Cocaine is a strong stimulating substance that affects the central nervous system. The continuing use of this substance quickly leads to addiction.

Cocaine is often mixed (Cut) with other substances such as anaesthetics, soda, amphetamines and others. It's best to avoid using cocaine on an empty stomach.

The use of cocaine causes hyperstimulation and vigilance. The ability for critical thinking gets reduced, speech becomes fast and incoherent.

If a person sniffs uses cocaine he or she feels the effects after 2-3 minutes and they last 30-90 minutes (depending on the amount and quality used).

If a person smokes cocaine the effects are felt within a few seconds and they may last 5-20 minutes.

With the use of Crack/Cocaine changes in mood are noticed and the use of this substance creates a feeling of heightened abilities to the user.

Within a very short time the mental state changes, there is discomfort and that leads to a need for repeated use.

When this addiction is stopped. What follows is fear, deep depression and drowsiness.

With cocaine use there is a danger for a toxic reaction to be caused which involves panic attacks. An increase in heart and breathing rates and an increase in blood pressure. Heart attacks, puking and even in some cases death.

The continuing use might cause visual and hearing delusions, illusions and paranoia.

For people suffering with asthma, heart problems, epilepsy, kidney or liver problems, diabetes or mental disorders - the use of cocaine is extremely dangerous and should be avoided.

The use of cocaine might lead to an increased sexual sensation, but it might also lead to impotence.

That's it. A little later today i will talk about Cannabis, that will Part 2 of our Drug Education Classes. Stay away from drugs kids!!! Have a nice day.
