Rolling Tobacco

Let me start off by saying that smoking is unhealthy. That's a fact.

Lung tissue is very sensitive and any smoke we inhale is ultimately damaging to our lungs and our overall health.

That being said, there is a way to keep on smoking, just make it Less Unhealthy.

First of all i don't know of any pre-rolled brand of cigarettes like these, so you will have to hand-roll your cigarettes.

Second of all you have to always use a filter and make sure to roll the paper tightly around the filter so that no smoke is inhaled from the sides.

Thrid you will want to buy Non-GMO, Organic, Unbleached and Unchlorinated Natural rolling papers. That is so that we inhale as less toxins as possible from the paper we use to roll our tobacco with.

Four you will want to buy Tobacco which is also Non-GMO, Organically grown with no additives added. That is so we don't inhale any added pesticides, fungicides, toxins and magic sewage waste that they add to grow and add weight to the tobacco after it's cut.

Five you will want to always make sure your Hands are Clean when you roll your cigarette because the paper is quite absorbable and any dirt, oil, germs, bacteria etc will get transfered onto the paper and the tobacco while you are preparing your cigarette, so eventualy when you smoke it, you will inhale it.

That's it.

Don't get me wrong, if you can stop smoking, then that's the best thing you can do for your health. But if you cannot or do not want to stop, then at least try to make the habit as less harmful as possible.
