Limit exposure to Toxins - For Your Health

Wednesday, October 17, 2018

Health is the most valued thing each and every one of us has. No matter how much money one has. How many friends and relatives. How famous, liked or disliked one is. Without being in good health, it's all meaningless and everyone who has ever been sick or has lost a piece of his health knows exactly what i am talking about.

There are many reasons why people get sick. From accidents to infections and disease to old age. But how can we prevent becoming sick? How can we slow down the effects of aging? How can we keep our immune systems strong in order to be able to fight infection quickly and efficiently?

The answer is, by avoiding the well known life shorteners. By avoiding Stress, Electro Magnetic Radiation (EMR), Toxins and by supplying our body with the nutrients it requires. Stress, EMR and nutrient supply can be optimized. Not easily. But it is certainly possible to live life stress-free. EMR free. And to provide our bodies with the whole set of Minerals, Vitamins, Amino Acids and everything else it needs to be in perfect health.

The one thing that cannot possibly be eliminated, are Toxins. They are everywhere whether we want it or not. In the air we breathe. The water we drink. The food we eat. Toxins are everywhere and they are affecting our health negatively. But the fact that we cannot eliminate them from our lives, does not mean that we cannot limit our exposure to them. So i am going to give you a couple of helpful tips and habits you can develop to limit the toxins you come in contact with.

The first thing you must understand is that everything our skin comes into contact with, get's absorbed. I always see people when "testing" a parfume on the wrist to see its smell or when getting ready to go out they just spray it all over the place on their neck, the hands, the chest or wherever.

And this is Wrong.

If you take any commercial parfume and you spray a small bug with it one too many times. Eventually (pretty quickly) the bug, will die. A bug is a living organism, just like humans are living organisms, so what does that say? It says DO NOT spray your parfumes Directly onto your skin. Spray it on your clothes! I know it's a small thing but there are thousands of small things which if put together, make a big thing. So let's make a big negative thing, a little smaller. So spray your parfume on your shirt, pants or jacket, but never directly onto your skin, so that it doesn't get absorbed. Even the smell you inhale is toxic, but anyway...

The various cremes, lotions and anything else that you apply directly onto your skin. It Does get absorbed. Of course, not everything is toxic, but when talking about modern products that have been shoved down our throats by large companies, marketing and advertising, it's mostly negative and bad stuff. Just take any bottle in your bathroom and read the ingredients it contains. Then come over on the internet and google a few of them. What you will find will amaze you. Of course, not everything you find on the internet is true, but i feel confident to say that in this case you can pay a visit to any "Professional" you trust who knows about the toxic effects various chemicals we use daily have on us and ask that person. You will be amazed.

One thing i remember when i got into researching health, i was getting overwhelmed with information on a daily basis and one of the most unbelievable things was the Fluoride craze. The fluoride you all and we all have in our toothpastes. So i read and i read and i just couldnt believe what i was reading. So on my next dentist appointment i asked my dentinst, she knew nothing of it except what she was taught at her university some 10-20 years ago, that actually fluoride is good for our teeth. So i went on to be unsure whether it's healthy or unhealthy. So soon after i visited a plastic surgeon for my nose/breathing problem i had caused in an accident a few years ago. And he was a totally cool guy, a young doctor, extremely smart. But the main thing that i loved about him is that he treated me like a human being, instad of like a lower life form that most of those (Bad Bad words coming out of my mouth) doctors treat people. And i just so happened to mention the fuoride thing to him. And then i was pleasantly suprised. He looked at me with a smile and said: "Well for many years it was believed that fluoride is good for the teeth. But some recent studies and research has strong proof that this is not the case."

So my point is. You can trust your doctor all you want. But 80-90% of them will either lie to you due to ignorance or due to profit. I hate doctors, to be honest. And the internet has proven time and time again to be a better educator about health than the doctors have. Personaly, it saved me. But that's that's a discussion for another time.

So the lesson for today is. Toxins are bad, try to avoid them. Any product you put directly on your skin, get's absorbed and ends up in your bloodstream and just into you where it can cause the most damage to you. Read the ingreadients when buying personal care products. If it's loaded with un-pronouncable word-ingredients and the ingredient list is longer than a book, stay away from it. Always prefer to buy organic, Non-GMO, Grain-Fed, Pesticide free.

Live life, be healthy and smile. :)
