Charles Manson - Not Guilty!

I may get a lot of heat for this article, but i'll risk it...

Charles Manson, guilty or innocent???

I won't say innocent, i will say Not Guilty!!

What's the reason he is in prison? He supposedly killed 9 people... Wrong!

Charles never killed 9 people, he was never even in the house when the murders occured.

They said he "Brainwashed" the people that actually commited the murders to kill for him, and he did it with drugs.

But the truth is that those people took those drugs willingly. He never put a gun on nobody's head and make them take LSD and whatnot... And anyway, if i tell you to kill someone, and you do it, that's your problem, don't come and put the blame on me for what you did...

About conspiracy to commit murder... For a conspiracy to commit murder you don't go to jail for life, but Charles did.

Just the fact that the president of the United States came out before the trial had even began and said that Charles is guilty, that's it, you can't have a Fair trial after that unless you import some foreigners to be the jury. If the president says someone is guilty, the trial becomes invalid, everyone from the jury to the judge automatically become biased and you can't have a fair trial like that...

Even after that, when time came for Charles to defend himself, they didn't let him. They said that he can "brainwash" people or something like that, so he cannot defend himself because he would "brainwash" the jury. What? What? What? You gotta be kidding me...

About his interviews when he acts up and looks weird and creepy sometimes. When they put you in prison and drug you on medication and keep you in there since you were 9 years old, go out and play nice and be normal, i'd dare anybody to do that... And the first or second time Charles went to prison was for cashing a forged check worth $47 dollars or something, and he did i think 7 years for that... Again, What? What? Are you kidding me?

So what can one expect? Society raised him, messed his life up, and then convicted him before his trial even began...

Anyway, this story is much larger than this little post... And i'm not saying that Charles is innocent because i never actually met the guy, and i wasn't there when the whole situation occured. And i don't judge people by what the media sells to me in order to gain viewers and make money.

The one thing i will say is that he should have ended - if not free - then in a medical center of some sort for criminally insane or something like that. Back then... Now he should be released, definitely be released because he did his time two times over... And again, He NEVER Killed ANYONE!!
