Lately, getting more into making money online and socializing online, i keep making friends and feel great about it.
It's not like i have a problem making friends offline. I'm a nice person, i look nice, im polite, respectful. But i'm not your mom and dads boy. I can't hang out with just anyone and not be bored, i get bored of people, and people annoy me often.
The difference offline is that you make friends, and then get to know things about them. While online (for the most part) you've already seen their blog posts and had a few conversations on forums/social networks and this and that, and you pretty much know who you're making friends with.
I can probably admit to myself that i've become quite anti-social in the past year especialy since i was arrested in December. But that was just the last drop in the bucket, it's been building up for a long, long time, this anti-social thing i got going on.
And the beauty of the internet friendships is that i make friends from around the globe. A month ago i made good friends with a guy from India. Then 2 weeks ago with an American guy. Then today with another American. Then just recently with a woman from New Zeeland (Trying to get her on Bubblews to show her the light)... :)
Words cannot explain, how grateful i am that i have the internet in my life... I am forever grateful, internet!
